Payment: Cash, travelers checks and personal checks, Visa and Master Card only.

Reservation Confirmation: To guarantee your reservation, we require an advance deposit equal to one night's tariff or, for stays of more than two nights, a deposit equal to 50% of the total tariff. If you are guaranteeing your reservations by personal check, we must receive it within 7 days of your call. All reservation made  must be guaranteed with a credit card.

We are Pet Friendly

$25.00 per night /per pet. 1 pet per room. Pets not to be allowed left unattended in room at any time.

 

Pets not allowed in main house, only 2 guest rooms accommodate pets. Must be leashed at all times. Areas for walks and clean up is the owners responsibility.

Cancellations: My cancellation policy applies to any and all cancellations. Unfortunately, I have no control over weather, flights, family situations etc. While I am sympathetic to your situation I need to uphold policies as a small business owner. Because of the short season and being a small inn.  Cancellations have a significant impact on my business.

  • To guarantee your reservation, I require an advance deposit of 50% If sending personal check, I must receive it within 7 days of your reservation confirmation.

  • There are no refunds for a one night reservation.

  • All reservations must be secured with a credit card.  I prefer Cash or travelers/personal checks for tariff upon arrival and is encouraged to avoid credit card fees. If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required 7 days in advance of arrival to obtain a refund of deposit.

  • If you provide less than 7 days advance notice of cancellation,  you are responsible for the entire balance as stated in your     confirmation letter. The cancellation policy also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay, and no refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures

  • All Cancellations and/or changes to your reservation are subject to a 7% fee per room reserved per day.
